First nominate glass positions for the number of players - one, two, three, etc up to the number of players. These stay fixed to avoid arguements.
Each player takes it in turn to be 'the pourer'. All players turn their backs, except the pourer who fills the glasses with random drinks. For example, one glass with beer, one glass with a spirit, and one glass with a soft drink.
Each player (except the pourer) states a number which becomes their glass - The pourer taking the glass which is left.
Everyone then downs their drink - the people with the soft drinks getting let off, and the people with the spirits getting drunk - and so on...
