You need at least 10 players to play. Everybody gets a card dealt face up. Whoever has a match with someone else has a showdown. You deal each person with a match a card face down. Whoever has the lowest card gets to drink a whole beer.
If they match again then they have a double showdown. Whoever gets the lowest card drinks two beers. The game continues until everybody passes out or throws up. There is no winner, it's just a fun game to get fucked up playing.
