This game is just like the card game In Between (or Acey-Deucy), except with alcoholic betting. The dealer shuffles the deck and places two cards face up with room in the middle for a third card. The person to the dealer's left then bets any number of drinks on whether that card is in between those two cards. Aces are low and kings are high, so the best spread you can have is an ace-king.
If the player is right, he can hand the drinks out (all to someone or split them). If the player is wrong, he drinks the bet. If the card turned over is the same as one of the up cards, the player has to drink double the bet (this really kills on a large spread where the player bids high). If the two face-up cards are the same, the player can hand out one drink. Players can pass, but they have to take one drink.
Optional rule: If a player wins after betting ten or more drinks, he can trade in ten of those drinks to make a rule which the other players have to abide by.
