Drink information Ingredients: ¾ oz. blue curacao ½ oz. peach schnapps 1¼ oz. cream of coconut 1 oz. sweet & sour mix 8 oz. crushed ice 3 oz. pineapple juice 1 oz. sweet & sour mix 8 oz. crushed ice Procedure: Blend first five ingredients thoroughly. This is the first part of the swirl. Separately blend the next 3 ingredients thoroughly. This is the second part of the swirl. Take both sets of ingredients and pour into 1 glass at the same time. Swirl gently with a straw or spoon to create a different color. Garnish with a pineapple flag.
